I filmed the beginning of this video and adjusted the contrast and brightness throughout to create tension. I also used images that were edited to create the entity that appeared at the end of the video. I used Adobe After Effects for all the video editing and I used Procreate to edit the photograph of the entity, which is a heavily edited self portrait.

Be Alien
Animation | 2025
I created this character to express a feeling of being different, almost alien. I illustrated this alien in procreate and then I took that image and used Moshed, and editing software to create compelling edits. I took these edits and my original illustration into Adobe After Effects to create a glitchy animation. The symbol appearing is a sigil I created that means “Be alien.” The message is self acceptance.

This is an animated short analog horror film showing the process of growing up masking and eventually taking off the mask and accepting oneself.
